Our Nannies

We have a fantastic team of highly trained and experienced nannies.
All of our nannies are vigorously vetted and hand-picked for their unique expertise.
ABSki nannies are all Garda Vetted with relevant first aid qualifications.

Our nannies are Ireland-based and can travel with you to any Irish destination. We also have a base in Tignes so you can book a travel nanny who will provide daytime care while you're on holiday.

Here’s a short bio of each of our brilliant nannies!

Lucy Carter - 36

Lucy is ABSki Childcare's manager she has been working with children for the last 18 years.

Her varied experience has taken her around the world and landed her in Tignes 12 years ago. She now spends her time between Ireland and Tignes caring for lots of different children.

Lucy is also a certified maternity nurse and sleep consultant who is always on hand for our lovely families and nannies. Spending time with children is still her passion, especially on sunny days in Co. Kerry or Tignes!

Jodie Hegarty - 24

Jodie has graduated with a Level 8 Bachelors of Honour Degree in Early Childcare and Education in Ireland.

Jodie has experience working with newborns upwards in a variety of different settings and loves to incorporate the skills and training she has received over the years into her work. She is also trained and experienced in working with children with SEN which she thoroughly enjoys. She is particularly excited to combine her love of outdoor learning with the children and families in the mountains and play environments in her home country of Ireland and Tignes!

Jade Casey - 25

Jade is very excited to be joining us at ABSki

Jade graduated with a Professional Masters Degree in Education. She has spent the past decade working with children of all ages, from babies to teenagers. She has also had a significant amount of experience working with children with SEN, which she finds very rewarding. Her experience includes working as a teacher, an Au Pair in France and Private Nanny.

She is passionate about the outdoors and is thrilled to bring her enthusiasm for adventure to the mountains, ensuring that every child she cares for has an unforgettable experience.
